- Similarly, the limitation does not apply to other damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty by us, our legal representatives, or agents. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
- For used goods, a one-month liability period applies if the customer is a consumer. If the customer is a business, liability for defects in used goods is excluded entirely.
- In addition, the statutory liability for deficiencies exists.
