Withdrawal from purchase and return of goods

Right of withdrawal

  • You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase, provided that the product is unused and the packaging is intact.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
    • Custom-made goods
    • Used electronic components

Return of goods

  • In case of cancellation, the item must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Goods cannot be returned without prior agreement.

    • Inform your invoice number and reason for return.
    • Once you have received an email from Model Train Shop confirming the return, the item can be returned.
  • The packaging must be intact and the product unused.
  • If the product is sealed it must not be broken.
  • Return postage is paid by the customer.

Return process

  • Pack the product securely and enclose the invoice in the package.
  • Send the package with trackable shipping and inform us of the tracking number.
