Note: Some models may lack available spare parts or space for a decoder/speaker — but we always try to find a workable solution.

To get started, please email us a clear description of the issue and include brand and model number. If you don’t have the model number, the road number (litra) on the locomotive or wagon is useful.

Once we have that information, we’ll assess whether we can help and get back to you.
